Carnival Experience with Workshop
The Rio de Janeiro Carnival is undoubtedly one of the most famous carnivals in the world. With this activity we will have the possibility to visit the behind the scenes of the carnival, have fun and have a costume making workshop. After a guided tour of Grande Rio's academic shed - one of the main Samba Schools in the city of Rio de Janeiro, we will learn a little about the history of samba and the carnival parades. Then we get into the carnival atmosphere and will have available costumes to wear and photograph, as well as some mini samba lessons with official carnival dancers. Finally, we will have our costume making workshop together with the members of the samba school.
