JM JUNGLE SAFARIS UGANDA
3-Day Bwindi Gorilla Safari
Have fun going on a special adventure to see gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Learn about the hidden way of life of the Batwa forest pygmies and go on a boat ride around Lake Bunyonyi, which has 29 islands, including Punishment Island. This tour is for people who haven't traveled before, for groups with few people, and for families who want to see rare mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Our tour guide/driver will pick you up from the airport and bring you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. If you arrive late, you can choose to stay overnight in Kampala/Entebbe for less than $100 or go straight to the mountain gorillas' home.

The long 9 to 10-hour drive is worth it because you get to see beautiful views of the western countryside, the terraced Kabale Hills, and fruit shops. The best part is when you cross the equator line and stop for lunch in Mbarara, which is like a perfect picture.

For thousands of years, the Batwa people lived peacefully in the forest along with mountain gorillas. Some people who study ancient societies think that small communities like the Batwa have been living in the rainforests of Africa for a very long time, maybe even 60,000 years. Our tour guide will bring you to their community. You will be invited into their home, where they will show you amazing skills that have been passed down for many years, such as making fire and cloth.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and Boat Cruise at Lake Bunyonyi
After eating breakfast in the morning, bring a lunch with you and go to the place where the gorilla trekking begins. When you get to the place where they give information about UWA, some people who live there will make you happy. Then, each group will be given a gorilla family to look for during the day. You will have a ranger with a weapon to go with you. Because humans and mountain gorillas have a strong bond, it has been discovered that many human diseases can easil
