Itinerary: Bucharest – Berca Mud Volcanoes – Meledic Plateau and Lake – Buzau – Bucharest

Buzau Country has one of the most spectacular natural attractions in Europe: The Mud Volcanoes and Meledic Plateau. Buzau County is a completely rural area, which has long been isolated from other places. Here, a unique culture was born that is still alive, there are many traditional villages, there are people living in the middle of the forest and almost everyone lives in harmony with nature, using and preserving its potential through old techniques.

In the morning you will meet you guide in front of the hotel and from there you will travel to Buzau Country. Your first tourist attraction is The Mud Volcanoes. The volcanoes are not the big, real volcanoes, they were formed from the gas which comes from 30,000 meters underground. After you will take pictures and enjoy this stunning view you will continue your trip to The Time of Men Museum and Meledic Plateau.
