Nepal Treks and Tour
Everest base camp Trek.
The Everest Base Camp Trek begins as you land at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. We follow our arrival in this majestic nation with a tour to the UNESCO enlisted world heritage sites around the Kathmandu Valley. With an early teaser of the Himalayas, we take a scenic flight to the Lukla airstrip. We kick off our trek heading towards Phakding.

Through the vibrant hamlets of Monjo and Jorsalle, the winding trail takes us into the heart of Sagarmatha National Park ending at Namche. Here, we take a day off to properly acclimatize with the growing altitude. Thereon, we continue our journey heading towards Tengboche and then onto Dingboche. The final stretch of our climb sees us take on the hamlet of Lobuche from where we make our way to the Everest Base Camp.

The next day begins early as we head toward Kalapatthar to enjoy the Himalayan sunrise. As the summits of Mt. Everest (8,848m), Nuptse (7,861m), Lhotse (8,414m), Ama Dablam (6,856m), and Lingtren (6,749m) light up the sky, there is no place on Earth you would rather be.

The way back home sees us travel through the descending Himalayan trail leading towards Pheriche and then onto Namche Bazaar. Trekking back to Lukla signals the end of our journey as we fly back to Kathmandu. You can also find the full Everest base camp trek itinerary in the itinerary section right next to the overview tab.

If you are planning to head on this wonderful trip then, the Everest base camp trek best time to visit is pre-monsoon (February, March, April, and May) and post-monsoon (late September, October, November, and December)
