Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take some time to relax and adjust to your surroundings. In the evening, you'll attend a briefing about your upcoming safari and chimpanzee tracking adventure. This is a great time to ask questions, meet your guide, and get ready for the wildlife experiences ahead in Tanzania.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and impressive baobab trees. Upon arrival, begin your game drive, where you’ll have the chance to see lions, giraffes, and various antelope species. The park is also a birdwatcher’s haven, with hundreds of species present. Enjoy a picnic lunch outdoors before continuing your exploration, taking in the diverse wildlife. As the sun sets, head to your lodge or campsite for dinner and a restful night.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
Today, travel to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After breakfast, descend into the crater, where you’ll see a rich variety of wildlife. Look for the "Big Five"—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros—while enjoying the stunning surroundings. Take a break for lunch at a picnic site, surrounded by nature.
