This is the most authentic and special tour we offer! We will depart from the center of Málaga heading north to the province of Málaga, to a place untouched by tourism. We'll cross mountains until we reach a small town of 5,000 inhabitants called Mollina, where we'll make our first stop to take a stroll through the 100% organic, pesticide-free fields, the oldest and most important in the province. This place is a gem filled with life. We'll walk among centuries-old vineyards and almond trees, and olive trees over 250 years old. After a 40-minute walk, learning fascinating things about the cultivation of these trees and plants, we'll return to the van/bus for a short 5-minute drive to the cooperative where their fruits are processed organically and naturally. At the cooperative, we'll have the most spectacular moment as we walk through the different sections to understand how grapes turn into wine, and olives into oil, as well as table olives for snacks. I don't want to spoil the surprise, but this is where everyone in the group is always left in awe. Finally, we'll sit in the hangar where wine ages in oak barrels for a guided tasting of 5 wines and 3 olive oils, plus snack olives produced there. Accompanying the tasting, we'll have a generous array of tapas: tortilla, almonds, chorizo, cheese, loin, potato chips... In this tour, you'll learn a lot and taste incredibly high-quality products. Join us for an unforgettable journey into the heart of Málaga’s culture. We’d love for you to join us! With every booking, you are supporting the Olivares Foundation in Malaga, bringing happiness to children. ❤
