With a diverse array of exhibitors spanning the globe, immersive learning sessions addressing contemporary challenges, and ample opportunities to foster new connections, IMEX Frankfurt 2024 promises to make a significant impact.

Based on recent engagements with buyers and suppliers across Europe and beyond, the IMEX team acknowledges that planners face resource and budget constraints, prompting them to be increasingly strategic in their allocation of time, funds, and efforts.

"During the planning phase of IMEX Frankfurt, we've been deliberate in our approach," says IMEX CEO, Carina Bauer. "We've closely examined the needs and motivations of our attendees. The emphasis will be on facilitating business interactions and facilitating the expansion of global networks for event professionals. A visit to IMEX Frankfurt will offer a streamlined and enjoyable experience, empowering planners to achieve their objectives effectively."

IMEX Frankfurt's show floor is already buzzing with excitement, with a robust lineup of suppliers representing destinations, venues, hotels, and technology confirming their participation in the event scheduled for May 14th to 16th.

The Asian market is experiencing significant growth, with Macau, Malaysia, Korea, and Singapore expanding their presence at the show. They join a diverse array of European destinations, from Croatia, Finland, and Ireland to Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland.

The technology segment of the show floor is expected to see heightened activity, with Cvent expanding its presence and new additions such as TranslateABLE joining the fray. Major hotel groups, including Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott, Radisson, and Langham (making its debut), will also be represented.

The event's curated content caters to the needs of the industry community, starting with specialized education sessions for association professionals (Association Focus) and corporate event planners (Exclusively Corporate) on May 13th.

Addressing the rising issue of burnout, Mike Ford, founder of Grateful Lemon, will lead a session titled "Energized or Exhausted: Mastering the Balance Between Stress and Recovery."

The curated content continues with "She Means Business," a program exploring diversity, gender equality, and female empowerment, supported by MPI. This includes practical sessions on topics such as negotiating equal pay.

First-time attendees can take advantage of a welcome package featuring pre-show activities and an introductory meet-up to facilitate networking and orientation on the opening day.

New learning formats, including themed guided tours and focused panel discussions on challenging topics, will provide fresh perspectives at the show. Additionally, a Speaker Preview webinar on March 13th will offer insights into the education sessions.

IMEX Frankfurt will take place at Messe Frankfurt from May 14th to 16th, 2024. Registration is now open. The event consistently ranks in the top 20% of global trade shows, with a Net Promoter Score of 92% for overall visitor satisfaction, according to Explori surveys.
