In this context, TIS2023 will explore the possibilities of using a careful marketing strategy to improve the customer experience, as well as analyze the popularity of "set-jetting" or the influence of series and movies on traveler decision-making. In addition, the initiatives being implemented to promote the MICE sector and business travel will also be discussed.

Global inspiration that crosses borders
The new edition of the TIS – Tourism Innovation Summit will extend its knowledge beyond European borders. For the first time, TIS will have Mexico as a guest country partner, the only territory that did not close during the pandemic, which will share its experience to promote the attractiveness of an international power that responds to relevant challenges such as sustainability, international competition, or the importance of having an adequate infrastructure for travelers' visits.
In addition, TIS2023 will present the best experiences of other destinations such as Ecuador, China and Greece, as well as Spanish cities such as Santander, Badajoz, Madrid, Segovia and Gijón, in order to optimize the promotion of their destinations and improve the experience of travelers.
TIS2023 will also host the celebration of the congress A World For Travel, which, after its presence in Evora (Portugal) and Nimes (France), comes to Seville to offer initiatives that promote the growth of responsible tourism worldwide. In addition, the I World Congress of the CIDH will bring together hotel managers who will share the keys to implementing strategies adapted to the new needs of travelers.
