Jubilee edition of MEET THE BIDDER with Saudi Arabia as a Gold Partner!
On Tuesday, June 14, 2022, the long-awaited 30th Jubilee Edition of MEET THE BIDDER SMART Fairs will take place at the WESTIN WARSAW hotel!
Not only do we have many Partners from around the world to promote their companies on the Polish travel market, but in its first time participation, Saudi has been announced as Gold Partner. This will be a unique opportunity to learn and discover more about the most exciting tourism destination in the world today, from the country’s rich cultural and heritage offering, stunning, diverse landscapes and dynamic entertainment offering.
Many interesting Exhibitors have already announced their presence at the event. A section of travel agencies and DMCs from Ethiopia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Croatia, Greece Jamaica, and Dubai will be with us.
Representatives of leading hotel chains such as Barcelo, Kempinski, Gloria, Melia, and Vienna House will present their offers. The national or regional DMOs of Brandenburg, Lviv, Greece and Jamaica will also be there to talk about the possibility of cooperation.
As always, we are open to suppliers of new technologies, once again hosting the IncentiveApp company.
Each active participant of this event will have a chance, with a bit of luck, to win a stay in an exotic hotel, a travel gadget, or an invitation to a romantic dinner in a restaurant in our MICE Bingo game.

Saudi will be the Gold Partner of MEET THE BIDDER 30th Jubilee Edition. The other event Partners will be SITE and SOIT. From the media side, we cooperate with THINK MICE, MICE Poland, Business Traveller, Świat, nowaturystyka.pl, WASZA TURYSTYKA, Travel Compass and Rynek Turystyczny. We will also host international media representatives: from MICE & TOURISM around the world e-magazine and ENVITRA.

The event is aimed at those who organize trips abroad for groups and FIT. Participation is free of charge, but you must register before attending.
