EVINTRA goes offline!

EVINTRA the famous online MICE directory goes offline!
But not in the way you might think, they won’t stop with their online MICE and Tourism directory but go offline in the way that this year’s imex will be the Launchpad of their first ever EVINTRA print edition.

EVINTRA had been buyer program and media partner to imex for several years but is now enhancing their reach, but more importantly, the reach for their massive partner network to buyers with this new feature. This so called “Catalogue” features every EVINTRA member which chose to have a public profile but also includes industry relevant topics as well as events and buyer programs. “We are aiming to be a day to day tool for MICE & Tourism buyers and we are putting now a new tool of being just that in the buyer’s hands” says Andreas Thölken CEO of EVINTRA.

We all know the show directories and catalogues provided by fairs to their visitors but imagine EVINTRA being partner to around 30 fairs and buyer programs handing this new publication out to buyers on all of them all year around. “It was a logical step for us, the same as buyers still like to meet new suppliers face to face to get a feeling who they are, so they still like to have something physical in their hand. People might call it old fashion, but I see it as a great advantage and final pieces to our circle of presence in the market and industry” says Andreas Thölken.

How lucky for them that imex is practically at their doorstep or to say Homebase in Frankfurt and being the leader in this kind of MICE related fairs worldwide.
Still, that are not all the news about EVINTRA yet, as they also enhanced their space on imex and for the first time bring 6 of their premium members with them to the show floor. “It was a dream come true! Bringing now not only buyers but also suppliers directly with us to the shows makes just sense, as that is what EVINTRA is all about – helping the buyers to find the right suppliers so we bring them closer together and really benefit all stake holders of these events from the organizers, to the visitors, buyers and exhibitors!” says Andrea Gavilanes Vice President of EVINTRA.

It most certainly makes sense as it shows the industry that this EVINTRA means business and brings the people together on new and several levels like no other, what really makes the world a bit smaller. EVINTRA will be present at booth G145 on imex from 15th - 17th of May handing out their new print copies and showing the newest features of their online platform.
