cultour-incoming is an incoming travel agency based in Berlin specialized in the destination Germany created in 2008 by Maria Miguel.

For the Sales & Operations department, we are looking for a Senior Event Manager for the MICE segment. The profile of the candidate must be a person with previous experience in a MICE sales department, very used to dealing with competitive budgets, with local suppliers of the destination, detail-oriented, agile and creative in the design of itineraries. 

WHAT YOU BRING:

We are looking for an experienced profile, with quick reading of Client's profiles to perform the tasks independently and actively after the corresponding adaptation phase.

The company language is Spanish and the tasks are mainly performed in Spanish and German. The aim is to have a team that speaks and writes both languages fluently. For our North American and Brazilian markets it is very positive to be fluent in one of these languages, we will therefore value the combination of Portuguese-German and English-German.

Our main office is located in Berlin-Mitte, in the area of Märkisches Museum and Heinrich-Heine Strasse. Despite the 'New Work' formats we are pro-office, that means that we like to socialize with the team, exchange ideas during breaks and experience moments apart from work. We offer maximum flexibility in schedules and self-space for those who need it.

cultour-incoming is formed by a team of 15 external guides and 6 professionals in the Sales & Operations, Marketing and Business Development departments. We have an Open Space with lots of light at street level and very horizontal structures.

DATA OF INTEREST:

Temporary contract of 2 years with the possibility of converting it into an indefinite one

Trial phase of 6 months

4/7 working day after the 6 month trial period

36 hrs/week

30 days vacation
