cultour-incoming is an incoming travel agency based in Berlin specialized in the destination Germany created in 2008 by Maria Miguel.

For the Sales & Operations department, we are looking for a Junior Tailor-Made Travel Manager for the tailor-made groups segment. Our ideal candidate must be a person with commercial vision, agile and creative in the design of itineraries and very familiar with the destination of Germany.

WHAT YOU BRING:

We are looking for a profile without previous experience. Very important is your proactive and independent capacity to execute tasks and a quick understanding in detecting the vision and way of working of the company.

The company language is Spanish and the tasks are mainly performed in Spanish and German. We want to approach a team that speaks and writes both languages fluently. It is essential that the candidate has a level of German up to C1, a recruitment can be assessed from a B1/B2 level.
For our North American and Brazilian markets it is very positive to have a good command of one of their languages, so we appreciate a good level of English-Portuguese languages.
We are looking for an incorporation in the first quarter of 2024 (between January and March) with the possibility of negotiating the date of starting.

cultour-incoming is formed by a team of 15 external guides and 6 professionals in the Sales & Operations, Marketing and Business Development departments. We have an Open Space with lots of light at street level and very horizontal structures.
Temporary contract of 2 years with the possibility of converting it into an indefinite one
Trial phase of 6 months
4/7 working day after the 6 month trial period
36 hrs/week
