The International Hosted Buyer Programme of ACE of M.I.C.E. has been established to satisfy the all needs of the buyers. The whole programme and the format design has built up to allow the buyers to conduct business interactions, enlarge their network and learn through the speakers sessions during the three day show. 

Our invitee and Hosted Buyer profile for the exhibition consists of MICE sector professionals, directors of marketing communications, purchasing, events and corporate communications departments of corporate companies, pharmaceutical industry, members of board of professional associations, ministries and federations. Recognized as Turkey’s most extensive B2B event, ACE of M.I.C.E. Exhibition by Turkish Airlines meticulously evaluates all Hosted Buyer applications.

In order to qualify buyers must be responsible for planning, organising, recommending or making purchase decisions for the international business of the company that represents.

Who Are Hosted Buyers?

MICE Industry Professionals
Incentive companies, professional congress and sports organisers, event companies, DMC, business and conference travel agencies, PR and advertising agencies that organize events.
The criteria are;
Having business plans in Turkey that you are going to realize in the future
Being the buying authority in event organisations, incentive, meetings and congresses in international zones
Information about activities that were organized outside your country in the past 2-3 years and which you plan in 2 years
Reporting the budgets and yearly numbers of events, motivating travels, meetings and congresses.

Associations / Societes / Federations
Associations, societies and federations that organise international congresses and meetings every year regularly.
The criteria are;
Hosted buyers must be the buying authority in events, meetings and congress organized by association/federation and societies and must be in an efficient position about the decisions regarding the destinations where the meetings will be held.
It is required to report the detailed information about how often meetings are held, the number of participants and the budgets during the application.

Corporate Companies
Related executives of the corporations related to the subjects such as meetings, conferences, events, educational and incentive travel programmes.

Participants must be in a decision making position who are responsible for the decisions regarding the destinations where the meetings will be organised.
It is required to report the detailed information about how often meetings are held, the number of participants and the budgets during the application.

Departure and arrival points are based on prevailing routes and available flights by AME 2019 Official Airline Turkish Airlines only. All flights to and from uncovered routes will be borne by the buyer
